As a victim of plantar fasciitis, I used to suffer constantly from burning pains in the bottom of my foot every time I got out of bed. Not to mention achy feet, tender heel pain, swelling arches, stiff and sore joints, and even lower back pain on a daily basis. As a middle aged woman, I was plagued with constant soreness and sharp foot pain that kept me sidelined from activities I loved. Go for a jog after work? Forget it.
